  Significantly reduce the cost of your over budget project or correct a potentially problematic design.

• Design Build
  Provide conceptual budgetary pricing, construction team consultation, sealed mechanical drawings and coordinated construction build out through project completion at a cost significantly below the plan and spec process.

• ​Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  Our design drawings are prepared using AutoCAD. We have the capabilities to produce 3D Virtual Reality mechanical drawings.

• Scheduling – Fast Track
  We can prepare a computerized project schedule to ensure that the milestones and completion dates are reached as early as possible. Delivery problems are identified early so that corrective action can be taken before delays are inevitable.
